2026 marks Patrick Rivera's 40th year in the entertainment industry—a journey that began at a small television station in west central Nebraska and grew into a career producing and creating feature films, television, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and independent productions.
Four decades later, Patrick still loves the craft of filmmaking—the collaboration, the creativity, and the process of taking an idea and bringing it to life. But what has become increasingly important to him over the years is what happens on the other side of the screen.

With experience across pre-production, production, and post-production, Patrick is a multi-award-winning filmmaker who brings both a creative vision and a hands-on understanding of production to every project. As an independent creative professional, he works across directing, producing, cinematography, editing, and creative consulting, allowing him to step into a project wherever he's needed most.
Patrick also operates Trick Entertainment Films, a multi-award-winning production company specializing in television, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and short films. He is also the creative force behind Trick 6 Films, where he works alongside producing partner Richard Siegelman developing and producing feature films and television projects.
